Are you tired of the disco, jive, rap & jazz?
And you don't want no blues, it only makes you sad
Are you tired of the disco, jive, rap & jazz?
And you don't want no blues, it only makes you sad
Well Baby, You really ought to consider this trip 'pon the reggae, reggae express
You really ought to consider this trip 'pon reggae express
You don't need no ticket, just hop on board
There's no need for all this packing - you wouldn't need much clothes!
You don't need no ticket, just get on board
And there's no need for all this packing - you wouldn't need much clothes!
You'll have no time, cause you'll be singing, dancing, rocking and ?? all night, on that train
Singing, and we dancing, rocking and ?? all night, on that train
You really ought to consider this trip 'pon the reggae, reggae express
You really ought to consider this trip 'pon reggae express

THE MESSAGE
If you've followed Quito you'll know his music has always been about positivity, love, unity and joy.
Quito's 2012 Reggae Express is about all those ideas, which has gelled into the theme for his first music video.
In the tradition of The Electric Slide, the Funky Chicken and the Macarena it's time for the world to have a new dance – Quito’s Reggae Express!
With luck this will become an anthem for spontaneity, inclusiveness, and diversity .
With this dance and this video Quito hopes to build a worldwide platform of joy and if all goes well every year starting with 2012 we'll be using this platform to create a fun fundraising event - and we want you to be a part of that!
THE VIDEO
If you're going to be in the BVI between June 24th and July 8th, 2012 you can join in!
We're shooting Saturday morning June 30th at Nanny Cay, we'd love to see you there.
We are also shooting Sunday afternoon July 8th - the day of the wrap party. Come and join in the video filming, and family fun day.
The film will be shot throughout Tortola, and on the sailing yacht Cuan Law including several segments at Nanny Cay We would love to have you as part of the beach scenes, the dance troupe, the poolside party, and the sailing segment. If you like to kayak, swim, dance, play volley-ball, come on down.
You don't have to be a trained dancer, a super-model or a movie star. There's no age or weight limits!!!
We'll be posting the shooting schedule soon and if you want more detailed information you can reach us at video@quitoandtheedge.com
THE WRAP PARTY
Save the date July 8th, 2012!!!!
Ok, we had to set up the band at Nanny Cay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands to shoot the video anyway, so we decided it was a great reason to give you a FREE concert!
We'll be performing for you late afternoon and we'll be bringing some friends along too. Starting at 2:00 pm, this is a family fun day of music and entertainment including bouncy castles for the kids, sea kayaks and more…
We will be filming the "Grand Finale!" around 4:30pm and we'd love you to join in, but only if you want to…
Once that's complete it fun all afternoon through til 9.00pm The fun is free, but the theme will be fundraising for Haiti, so donations will be very gratefully received.
THE CAUSE
For 2012 as a huge Thank You!!! to our amazing choreographer Quito and the Edge are dedicating the first Reggae Express concert and Fun-Day to Sarah Penney's work with Haiti relief through Hands on Volunteers. We hope to raise a significant sum and are very grateful for any support you can lend.
Here is a little more information and if you would like to reach out to Sarah personally you can reach her at: About HANDS ON VOLUNTEERS
